KETs 2026 EU Brokerage Event - Lili Petriashvili

With the support of NCP_WIDERA.net and the National Office of Horizon Europe in Georgia, Professor Lili Petriashvili from the Faculty of Informatics and Control Systems at Georgian Technical University participated in the brokerage event KETs 2026 EU Brokerage Event, held on February 4–5 in Karlsruhe, Germany.

The brokerage event aimed to strengthen partnerships in the fields of industry, digital technologies, and artificial intelligence.

Within the framework of the event, during the thematic workshop, Professor Lili Petriashvili presented an innovative project concept - Application of Artificial Intelligence and IoT Systems for Monitoring the Sustainable Development of Agricultural Land and Environment. The project focuses on the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in the sustainable management of land and the environment. The pilot activities planned within the project aim to test the model in Georgia, after which it will be expanded to other regions. The project attracted interest from international participants, and future collaborations were planned.

As part of the visit, bilateral (B2B) meetings were also held with potential partners for joint participation in upcoming Horizon Europe calls (Cluster 4 & 6).
