Successful R&I in Europe 2026 – 13th European Networking Event - Teona Dzagnidze

On 19-20 February, in Düsseldorf, Germany, Teona Dzagnidze, Associate Professor at the University of Georgia, participated in the 13th European Networking Event: Successful R&I in Europe 2026.

Within the Health Cluster, Teona Dzagnidze highlighted several high-priority topics, focusing on:

✔ Evidence-based, patient-centered models for the management of non-communicable diseases.

✔ Trustworthy, ethical, and regulatory-compliant use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in healthcare

✔ Systemic impact, assessment, and scaling of digital health technologies.

This participation has launched a new phase of collaboration with European partners. The process of consortium formation is now underway, with upcoming working meetings scheduled to begin joint development of Horizon Europe grant proposals. This initiative represents a major step toward deepening international cooperation in the health sector.
