Horizon Europe Information Day at Agricultural University
On March 20, an online information session of the Horizon Europe National Office of Georgia was held for the academic and research community of the Agricultural University of Georgia.
The meeting was opened by Levan Khetsuriani, Head of the National Office, who spoke in detail about the office's functions and responsibilities, recommendations for project preparation, the role of National Contact Points (NCP), and other technical issues.
Within the framework of the information day, the following were also presented:
Innovative Europe: Anna Goletiani (National Contact Point: EIC, EIE, EIT, NEB4All) reviewed the 2026 challenges and funding opportunities
Cluster 6: Maka Zhorzholiani (National Contact Point: Climate, Energy, and Mobility) introduced the 2026 calls in the fields of food, bioeconomy, natural resources, agriculture, and the environment to the participants
The meeting ended in an interactive mode, where attendees received exhaustive information on issues of interest to them.
