"Horizon Europe" at Kutaisi International University at the conference "Youth and Global Opportunities"
On September 29, Kutaisi International University hosted an international conference titled "Youth and Global Opportunities," supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia and the LEPL Youth Agency.
The conference aimed to engage Georgian youth in the rapidly evolving educational landscape and to enhance their motivation to participate in the global community.
At the conference, "Horizon Europe" was introduced as the primary funding program of the European Union for research and innovation. This program supports the development and implementation of EU policies in these fields by promoting cooperation between countries and facilitating creation and dissemination of new knowledge and technologies.
One of the prominent speakers, Levan Khetsuriani, head of the national office for Horizon Europe, addressed the attendees, sharing insights with young people on the prospects of pursuing careers in science and the opportunities available for participation in international projects.
